§ 8 Web analysis with Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and which allow an analysis of the use of your website usage. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this Website, your IP address will be abbreviated in advance by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities and to provide further services for the website operator in connection with the use of the website and the Internet.

The IP address provided by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can prevent cookies from being stored by configuring your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to fully utilise all the functions of this website. In addition, you can prevent the data generated by the cookie concerning your use of the website (including your IP address) from being collected by Google. The same applies to the processing of this data by Google. To do this, download and install the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

This Website uses Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIp ()”, meaning that IP addresses are only processed in abbreviated form to prevent direct personal reference.

§ 9 Google Ad Words and tracking

Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking This website uses Google AdWords. Adwords is an online advertising program provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

We use conversion tracking as part of Google AdWords. When you click on an ad displayed by Google, a conversion tracking cookie is set. Cookies are small text files that the internet browser stores on the user's computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used to personally identify users. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can see that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.

Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked by the websites of AdWords customers. The information gathered with the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords advertisers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers are informed of the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to page featuring a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that allows users to be personally identified. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can easily opt-out of it by disabling the Google Conversion Tracking cookie via your internet browser’s user preferences. You will then no longer be included in the conversion tracking statistics.

Cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour for the optimisation of both its website and its advertising.

For more information about Google AdWords and Google conversion tracking, see the Google Privacy Policy: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/.

You can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and to allow cookies only in individual cases, to exclude the acceptance of cookies for specific cases or in general and to automatically delete cookies when closing the browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.
